Mr and Mrs Upfold's Pond, Leicester
The pond is 17ft long x 14 ft wide x varying depths. The Original liner was punctured, and the pond was completely overgrown and full of duck weed. There was also a wooden walk way over the pond with large heavy grids. The walk way had become unsafe due to rot and was removed. All vegetation was cut back and removed from the pond as the shrubs and bushes were overgrown around pond edge making it unsafe.

Head Squared Aquatics was able to reomve the heavy grids, replace the liner, drain and clean the pond. A new root penetration barrier was added and a liner was cut to shape. New slabs retain the liner in place around the edge. Rocks were placed around the pond to give a more natural finish. These changes helped greatly improve Mr and Mrs Upfold's enjoyment of their water feature once more. Please see below for pictures of the pond before, during and after the works.
