The National Trust

Developed a large series of workbooks which allowed a 10-year cost-benefit analysis of a chain of hotels for the National Trust. This modeled best and worst case scenarios for a chain of 5 hotels. Models allowed users to quickly and easily change all the projected revenues and expenditures; this allowed the models to be updated to take into account the latest estimates.
